This website is owned and operated by Final Enterprises N.V. (Kaya Richard J. Beaujon z/n, Curaçao) and Netglenn Ltd (75 Prodromou Avenue, Oneworld Parkview House, 2063, Nicosia, Cyprus).

Self-exclusion is a long-term option designed for players who wish to stop gambling completely.

You may choose to self-exclude for 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanently. Once self-exclusion is activated, your account will be immediately closed across all Betfinal platforms and cannot be reopened until the selected period has ended.

During the self-exclusion period:

  • Your account remains closed.
  • Login is not possible.
  • All future bets will be canceled and refunded.

After the self-exclusion period ends, your account can only be reactivated through a written request sent from the registered email address on your Betfinal account to helpdesk@betfinal.com.

This policy reflects Betfinal’s commitment to protecting players and promoting a responsible gaming environment.

If you feel that you are having difficulty controlling your gambling and wish to take immediate action, you can request self-exclusion at any time.

To do so, simply contact our support team via live chat, or send an email from your registered email address to : helpdesk@betfinal.com, clearly stating “self-exclusion” and the duration you would like.

We welcome any feedback regarding your decision, as we strive to continually improve our services and ensure a positive and safe gaming experience for all our players.
